Private

This first, important, thorough session allows your certified trainer to know your medical history, fitness goals, and conduct a postural and gait analysis. You learn the basic principles of Pilates and can try a whole range of apparatus from the reformer to the Cadillac. This first session allows us to understand your needs so we can create a program to help you achieve your goals. It’s a good time to ask questions, and get acquainted with the Pilates system.

Mindful+Core

A multi-level class designed to focus on getting the right form and muscles to fire in a full-body workout. This class moves at a slow and deliberate pace, targets deep muscle activation for core stability and strength. Mat/Reformer/ReformerBlend. At least 20 hours of practice in Pilates or any mindful environment

Power Mat

A total body workout on the floor adding more dynamic and athletic exercises for strength and muscle endurance. This class uses toys for interesting variations and challenge. At least 50 hours of practice in Pilates or any mindful environment

Sculpt+Tone

A total body workout focused on making you stronger and toned. This class is designed for more flowing movements at a slow but burning pace. Mat/Reformer/ReformerBlend At least 50 hours of practice in Pilates or any mindful environment

Power+Reformer

A full-body workout on the Reformer with a fast pace. Build strength, improve coordination and balance with the use of the springs, pulley and tower. At least 50 hours of practice in Pilates or any mindful environment

Strength+Balance

A full-body workout applying Pilates principles in Redcord suspension exercises and toys such as the Bosu, Stability Ball, Halo and others.

Age+Strong

A total body workout focused on condition with modifications for different needs. This class focuses on improving strength, balance and mobility in mostly upright positions.
