WHAT TO BRING A fresh pair of socks and a bottle of water which you can refill at our water stations.
ARRIVE EARLY. There’s nothing worse than coming into class stressed! Come 15 minutes earlier so you can fill up all the necessary forms that will help us understand your needs better.
LOCKERS. These are available but we suggest that you don’t bring anything valuable. Please remember to put your mobile phones on silent mode.
The first class is all about us getting to know you and your needs. During this class, your trainer will explain the basic principles of Pilates so you can safely and effectively perform the exercises. You will also get to try a whole range of Pilates apparatus like the reformer, the Cadillac, the split pedal Stability Chair™, the ladder barrel and the spine corrector. At the end of the class, your trainer can recommend a program that will best fit your needs. It’s a good time to ask questions and get to know the method of Pilates. A class is 55 minutes long.
